Smile Club (Monthly Donation): Monthly Supporter

-You make the world smile-

Please become a Smile Club member (monthly donation) and support our projects!

The feature of Médecins du Monde is that it provides medium- to long-term support not only for emergency medical support in the event of a disaster or conflict, but also for the restoration of people’s access to medical care. To that end, we are not only providing support to evacuees, but also constructing medical facilities, training local medical personnel, and conducting health education for residents.

In order to support such activities, we have created the “Smile Club”, a monthly donation program. The donor decides on a fixed amount that will automatically be deducted from their bank account or credit card each month. (Direct Debit)
To apply online, click on “Apply for Smile Club (monthly donation)”.

For Bank Transfer application please request your application form here “Document request”.

Regular monthly donations ensure stable funding for our activities, it enables us to set up and manage essential long-term projects. While continuing to respond and assist emergencies that may arise at any time.

Our activities are supported by your donations.
Thank you for your support.

LAOS PEDIATRIC CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT – A Healthy Future for Lao Children –

Laos still has the highest mortality rate for children under 5 years old in Southeast Asia (at 4.55 per 100 people). The main causes are for instance: pneumonia, diarrhea, neonatal infection, premature birth, suffocation at birth, causes that can be prevented and/or treated in many cases. In addition, it is very difficult to access medical facilities in mountainous areas. We are working to strengthen the pediatric medical system by training medical personnel and supporting the operation of local medical facilities for the good health of Lao children.
